Terms of Service for Capture GO
Effective Date: January 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Capture GO (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Virtual Items and Purchases
- The App may include virtual currency (e.g., Coins) or items (e.g., Boosts, Themes).
- These items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or Apple’s policies.
- Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Online Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software to manipulate the game.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including artwork, code, and “Capture GO” branding, is owned by us or our licensors.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.
